Early Life/Career Journey
Messi discovered his talent at a very early age, at 13 years old, he and his family moved to Barcelona where he began playing for FC Barcelona’s U14 team and the club sponsored his treatment for growth hormone deficiency. Messi made his first senior appearance for the club at the age of 17 because of his ever-growing skills. 17 years with the side, he helped the Spanish football giants to win 10 La Liga titles, four Champions League crowns and seven Copa del Rey trophies, he was also awarded the ‘’Top Goal-Scorer’’.
In 2021, Messi left the team for French club Paris Saint-Germain(PSG), where he joined superstars; Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.
