Balogun Afolabi Oluwalosayi, professionally known as Seyi Vibez, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter, born 12 July 2000. His success came after the release of his single which he titled “Chance (Na Ham)” from his second studio album Billion Dollar Baby.
Early Life and Career
Balogun Afolabi Oluwalcseyi spent his early childhood in Ketu. Lagos State where he was born before moving to ikorodu, Lagos State, and he grew up there. He was born on the 12th of July, 2000.
In 2019, he debuted with his single “Anybody” 2021 was when he first gained popularity following the release of this single “Godsent”, stil in the same year he released his debut studio album “No Seyi No Vibez (NSNV).
In 2022, Seyi Vibez released his second studio album Billion Dollar Baby with the Mixtape “Billion Dollar Baby 2.0. The album got a large audience and peaked at number 1 on the Turntable 50 albums chart. Still in the same year he was cited as one of the 16 African artists to watch by MoreBranches.
On 6 January 2023. Seyi Vibez featured a guest American rapper YXNG K.A in his 5th track debut Extended play, “Memory Card The EP gamered over 6.30 million streams with four track from the EP dominating the Turntable top 10 chart and was listed by Pan African Music as one of the 10 best albums of January 2023 All this happened in a week of launching the EP.
A Nigerian singer by name Zlatan featured him in his song “Let There Be Light on February 2, 2023 in August, Seyi Vibez released “Jajoo ”, and featured in a song by Kizz Daniel.
Cardtonic, one of the leading gift card exchange platform in Nigeria and Ghana announced Seyi Vibez as their brand ambassador in August 2023

Seyi Vibez attended As-Sodiq Primary school in ketu and went to Skylights Secondary school in Agric Ikorodu before proceeding to Lagos State University to study Sociology.
